DOORS WILL OPEN A MINIMUM 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO SCREENINGS
OPENING NIGHT-DOORS WILL OPEN 45MIN PRIOR TO SCREENING. -TO SPEED UP ENTRY, PLEASE HAVE YOUR TICKET RECEIPT READY FOR SCANNING.
PASS HOLDERS: PLEASE PICK UP YOUR PASS AT THE TICKET DESK.

THE FESTIVAL RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE FILM TITLES DUE TO UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES OR REFUSE ENTRY.
GETTING TICKETS
Purchase securely online through UNIVERSE or SQUARE through the Festival Films page
Save Your Receipt! Once you've made your purchase, save the receipt on your mobile device or print it out. Bring it to our ticket desk on the day of your show. Show your receipt (but if you forget, don't worry, we have all advance purchases on our master list). Pass Holders will receive their physical festival or day pass.
Please remember: tickets/passes will be listed under the buyers name so if you transfer them, make sure to tell them.

REFUND POLICY
Refunds* for passes or tickets are accepted up to 1 day prior to the screening. Requests for refunds on day of show accepted if you are feeling ill or have concerns that you were recently exposed to Covid.
*Universe tickets have a non-refundable fee which is excluded from refunds.
HOW TO DO IT: Universe ticket/pass holders: make a request through the Universe site. Square pass holders will need to email their request to be refunded and those refunds will be made via e-transfer.
Forwarding your pass to 2025 will be handled on a case by case basis.

While all venues have lifted their indoor mask policy, it's highly recommended that you wear a mask in the cinema.
